CROP's First Graduate Now For Sale Print E-mail
News Just InThe buyer of the first graduate of the Cyberhorse Racehorse Outplacement Program will have no shortage of names to choose from! The 6 year old bay gelding, whose official racing name was News Just In, has the obvious stable name of Justin in retraining with Adam and Erin Hanley of Hanley Equine. But while in race training with Robbie Griffiths at Cranbourne carried the slightly more obscure name of Harry.

While without a win in his 25 starts as a racehorse, Adam Hanley believes that Justin will be far more successful as an equestrian horse.

Adam has said Justin is a very smart horse who picks things up quickly. After only two weeks of retraining with the Hanleys he won his led class and was chosen as Champion Led Exhibit by the judges at a weekend Maffra Show in October.

Originally unsure of his jumping ability, Adam now reports that he is doing very well over fences and has excellent movement to excel within Dressage thus making a good Eventing prospect.

Adam suggests an experienced rider and competitor for Justin because of his future potential to go far in the arena and on the eventing field. With his quick brain and good looks, this boy is an excellent all-rounder.

News Just In is the first of many promising ex-racehorses that will come from the Racehorse Outplacement Program. We couldn't be happier with his success and look forward to seeing what the future has in store for him!
