02/02/02 Adelaide Sale: End Sweep Colt to Rock Again
End Sweep is one of the Northern Hemisphere’s most exciting young sires. A Group One winner on the track his efforts with his first couple of crops in the United States has made all of the good judges in that part of the world want one of his youngsters when they are offered at auction.

After a positive sale at the Magic Millions on the Gold Coast last month the End Sweep show rolls along to Adelaide later this month and one of his star lots at Morphettville looks set to be the Rock Review colt from the quality packed Rothwell Park Thoroughbreds’ draft.

Rock Review, a winner of the Group Three Sweet Embrace Stakes in Sydney, has herself produced a high speed youngster in the form of Group Two Reisling Slipper Trial winner Let’s Rock Again. Another of her youngsters the colt Slider was a winner at two in Melbourne.

Rock Review, a winner of four races is a half sister to the Pago Pago Stakes placed So Fast, a winner of six races from 1200 metres to a mile.

The colt’s fourth dam is the VRC Oaks, Adrian Knox Stakes and One Thousand Guineas winner Indian Summer. In all she won three races at two and then trained on to win another seven as her career on the track continued. Her seven foals are all winners. Among them is the Adelaide Cup winner Gnapur, while her Flight Stakes placed daughter Eastern Princess’s grandaughter Native Thriller is the dam of another Adelaide Cup winner in Apache King.
