        GO BRAGH (M Cornell) jumped in the air as start effected. M CORNELL,
        rider of GO BRAGH reported to Stewards that the saddle slipped back shortly after the
        start.

        RACE 3: CLASS 2 HANDICAP 1000 METRES 7 STARTERS
        WORSHIPS A DRINK underwent a Veterinary examination at the Barrier and
        was passed fit to take its place in the field. WELL OFF (T Gillett) came in contact with
        the running rail at about the 500 metre mark. No other runners were involved.

        RACE 5: OPEN HANDICAP 1200 METRES 8 STARTERS
        Approaching the 600 metre mark ZILLIONAIRE (B Cornell) and
        DANGERS PRIDE (T Gillett) both had to be checked when SCINTILATOR (D Oakford (a))
        who was racing in front of those horses struck the running rail. Apprentice D OAKFORD,
        rider of SCINTILATOR was reprimanded by Stewards for attempting to take a run on the
        inside of ELUSIVE EXPRESS (M Cornell) at about the 180 metre mark when there was
        insufficient room. Jockey T GILLETT, rider of DANGERS PRIDE reported to Stewards
        that he was of the opinion that the horse had pulled up sore. Stewards ordered a
        veterinary examination of DANGERS PRIDE, but this could not take place as the
        gelding had left the course. Trainer Mr D FOGARTY will be advised that a veterinary
        examination will be required before DANGERS PRIDE will be permitted to start again.
        Mr FOGARTY will be also asked by Stewards his reasons for leaving the Course before the
        time allowed.

        GENERAL
        Apprentice D OAKFORD was charged under ARR160B (3) with having a mobile
        phone in his possession in the Jockeys Room. Apprentice D OAKFORD pleaded guilty to the
        charge and was fined the sum of $200.
