OUR TANGLEFOOT (B Huppatz) was slow to begin. Jockey B HUPPATZ, rider
of OUR TANGLEFOOT was asked by Stewards for the reason why the gelding was so far out of
his ground in the early and mid stages of the race. Jockey HUPPATZ stated the gelding was
standing flat-footed as the start was effected, loosing about 4 lengths. He also stated
that he had ridden the gelding along with the whip for the first 400 metres but the
gelding could not maintain the early pace. Video evidence confirmed jockey HUPPATZs
        statements. Explanations accepted by Stewards.
