Near the 600 metres MAJESTIC ANNIE broke down and dislodged it’s rider P Shiers.

RACE TWO OPEN HCP – 12OO M

At the request of trainer Ms K Petrick, Stewards ordered the withdrawal of HICKEY PARK at 1.58pm. M Osmond replaced P Shiers as the rider of MASTER BUCKET.

Prior to correct weight being declared B Halter, trainer of second placed JAMIE-SON viewed the photo finish for first place.

RACE THREE CLASS 4 HCP – 1OOO M

As P Shiers was unavailable, Stewards ordered the withdrawal of HAPPY COAST at 2.30pm. Rounding the turn and in the straight MIGHTY ROAR raced ungenerously.

RACE FOUR CLASS 2 HCP – 16OO M

As P Shiers was unavailable Stewards ordered the withdrawal of SWAMP QUEEN at 3.10pm.

On jumping away M Osmond, rider of STRUGGLE TOWN dropped his whip.

RACE FIVE TIMBER CREEK CUP – 16OO M

At the request of trainer B Halter, SECESSIONIST was withdrawn by Stewards at 3.46pm.

Stewards permitted M Osmond to replace P Shiers as the rider of SEPTEMBER MIST.
