CONTROL RACE TWO CLASS DHCP 12OO M Acting on a report from the clubs
veterinary surgeon that MOSSE had an injury which may effect its performance,
stewards ordered the withdrawal of MOSSE at 1.53pm. Mr S Paynter, trainer of MOSSE was
found guilty of a charge under AR140(a) with having failed to report to the stewards as

and took BELOTTO BOY out onto the hindquarters of NEARMISS, hampering that mare. Stewards questioned G Clarke, rider of
TARCOOLA MAGIC, which performed below expectations. G Clarke stated that the horse
travelled well until he asked it for an effort in the straight and from that point it was
a beaten horse. He further stated that the horse tends not to finish on strongly in
trackwork and although it won its previous start, tended to weaken towards the end
of the race. Ms K Petrick, trainer of TOMMY TEE was
fined $50 for failing to lodge a transfer of ownership for that gelding as instructed. 1st TOMMY TEE 2nd PERAK SILVER

at 3.08pm. Subsequent to the event stewards ordered
all monies wagered on LORD ERSKINE to be refunded and the following betting deductions.

for room slightly by TYPE CAST which rolled in momentarily. Rounding the turn PINON was tightened for
room by AIM TO PLEASE which rolled in under pressure. S Brownbill (a), rider of ALL PO was found
guilty of a charge of careless riding, the careless riding being that near the 800 metres
he permitted his mount to shift in when not sufficiently clear of SHODIYM, further that he
was easing his mount. This resulted in SHODIYM having to be checked and clip ALL POs
heels. S Brownbill (a) was suspended from riding in races for a period to expire at
