When questioned apprentice M Manktelow (Ode To Thee) stated that near the 200M she was obliged to shift to the outside of Vesmour as Ode To Thee was reluctant to take a run to the inside of that gelding.

Near the 100M B Pengelly (Supreme Riffs) had to stop riding and straighten his mount when the gelding shifted in under pressure.

RACE 3 - OASIS YOUTH CENTRE 2YO MAIDEN HANDICAP 1000M

As M Scorse was late arriving on course due today transport difficulties, P Falvey was substituted as the rider of Miss Tee.

Flipnul was continually steadied away from the heels of Frisky Business after being crossed near the 600M until the 300M.

When questioned regarding his riding of Flipnul in the straight B Pengelly stated that prior to the home turn he was going to attempt a run between Frisky Business and Kid Millions, however that run did not eventuate and he elected to shift to the outside of Kid Millions upon straightening.
