I have been a full or part-time professional punter for a quarter of a century, since completing a professional punting course conducted by an associate of Don Scott in 1974. As I have lived in the country almost all my life, I have concentrated my efforts and research on country racing.

I have spent 25 years refining a selection method based on class and performing ratings.

Although I am not willing to divulge my full race order of selection (because I personally confine my betting to multiple quinellas and trifectas), I am willing to release my best bets for each day. Based on past results, these should provide a profit on level stake between 10-20%. If you follow the staking plan, I suggest that you should multiply your starting bank many times over 12 months.

SOME OF THE RULES I FOLLOW ARE :-

1)  NO HEAVY TRACKS
2)  NO MAIDENS LONGER THAN 1200M
3)  NO CLASS 1 OR CLASS 2 LONGER THAN 1300M
4)  NO CLASS 3 OR CLASS 4 LONGER THAN 1400M
5)  NO RACES LONGER THAN 1600M
6)  DELETE ALL RACES WHERE CLASS OF RUNNERS IS BELOW STANDARD
7)  NEVER BACK ANY HORSE AT LESS THAN 2/1 ODDS ie $3.00

AND MY MOST IMPORTANT RULE:
NEVER BET UNLESS REQUIRED ODDS ARE AVAILABLE

MY SELECTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY 11AM EACH DAY, AND I SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING STAKING PLAN.

START WITH A BANK YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE.

1)  Start with a divisor of 20. ie, Starting Bank = $100 -> 1st bet = $5
2)  Never decrease your bet
3)  When your bank increases by 20% increase your divisor by 1 ie

Bank = $120 - Divisor becomes 21 -> bet = $6
Bank = $144 - Divisor becomes 22 -> bet = $7
Bank = $173 - Divisor becomes 23 -> bet = $8
etc.....

Because all my selections will be good prices, you will experience some long price winners. However, you must also be prepared for some losing runs. If you follow the staking plan and NEVER, EVER bet under the required odds, you should show a handsome profit in the end.
